Keeping Track of Your Firm's Requests

Overview

Practifi Success can automatically add your email to all requests submitted to our team by users across your organization. This article outlines how to enable and disable this functionality for your Practifi Success login.

Following All Submitted Requests

1. Log in to Practifi Success.
2. Select your username, located in the upper right-hand corner. 
3. From the drop-down options, select My Activities.
   
   
   
   
4. On the My Activities page, select the Organization requests tab. 
   
   
   
   
5. Next to your Organization name, select the Follow button to be CC'd on all your organization's requests. You will now receive a notification when a new request is submitted, regardless of the user who generated the request.
   
   
   

Unfollowing All Submitted Requests

1. Log in to Practifi Success.
2. Select your username, located in the upper right-hand corner. 
3. From the drop-down options, select My Activities.
   
   
   
   
4. On the My Activities page, select the Organization requests tab. 
   
   
   
   
5. Select the Unfollow button next to your Organization name to be removed from being CC'd on all your organization's tickets. You will no longer receive a notification when a member of your organization submits a new request.
