Rich Text in Task Comments

Allowing rich text in the comment sections of tasks would be really helpful. Being able to bold or underline something helps ensure it doesn't get looked over or missed.

100% agree with this. We have to get creative and add in symbols from Word to get any kind of highlighting in the tasks.
Our organization is relatively new to using Practifi and I came here to suggest this as well! Our prior CRM that we had been using for 20+ years had this option and we used it frequently.
