Completing Processes with Canceled Tasks

We would appreciate the functionality for a process to still be completed if one of the underlying tasks has been marked as canceled. Sometimes a step within the process is N/A, but we don't want to delete it in order for the process to properly complete. This is causing a handful of processes to be stuck in purgatory.
