365 Email Sync

Activities have been even more difficult to navigate now that we have switched to automatic email sync. Our firm operates in a team structure and are regularly cc'ing each other on emails to clients. Now, a client email logs once for each practifi user, meaning three emails back and forth with the client and two other member of the team cc'd on it, logs the email 9 times instead of three. We hope a future enhancement will be able to consolidate these records.
