Allow others to edit shared notes

Our teams use the notes tool to record meeting (event) details. Often one team member is scheduling and leading the call while another is taking and saving notes. When meeting leaders have revisions to the notes, they must submit changes to the person who created the note. Team members cannot add or edit notes owned by another person, even if the note has been shared with them. 

It would be nice to have 2 sharing options: 

1. Share notes as read-only
2. Share notes with editing permissions
