M365 Integration Email Matching

We use the Organization record type to store information on partner organizations. Our partner organizations have many email addresses like compliance@company.com, support@company.com, etc. There's probably 5-10 email addresses we need to add.

Right now, we'd have to create a separate contact to track each email address in order for our firms email communication to sync to the entity record.

• Idea 1: Allow users to add contact point email addresses on Organization type Entities so that we can add all of the emails to the entity record, and have the Microsoft 365 Integration sync based on these contact point email addresses.
• Idea 2: Add a Microsoft 365 Integration feature that allows users to use a wildcard email address (i.e. *@company.com) so that all email addresses with that domain sync to a selected entity record.
