About Salesforce Integration Licenses
Salesforce introduced the Salesforce Integration license type in their Spring '23 release. Here's what you should know about Salesforce Integration licenses:
- Practifi organizations include five Salesforce Integration licenses by default.
- The Salesforce Integration license grants its user access to Practifi data and features only through an API.
- The Salesforce Integration license should be used in conjunction with the Minimum Access - API Only Integrations profile.
- It is a best practice to dedicate a separate user and license to each integration.
Viewing Available Salesforce Integration Licenses
You can view how many Salesforce Integration licenses are available in your Practifi instance on the Company Information page in Salesforce Setup.
