OnBord simplifies client onboarding for financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers. With direct integration and enhanced security, OnBord automatically delivers regulatory documents to help you stay compliant, making new client onboarding easier and faster. Through SMS, OnBord empowers clients to enter much of their financial data themselves, creating a seamless experience for both advisors and clients.
OnBord's integration with Practifi creates a seamless connection between your client onboarding process and CRM system. When advisors sign into Practifi through OnBord using their existing credentials, all client data collected during onboarding automatically flows into Practifi without manual entry. This two-way connection eliminates duplicate work, reduces errors, and significantly cuts administrative time.
Beyond basic client information, this integration enables advisors to set up accounts and capture detailed, account-specific information in OnBord, which automatically populates both custodial and internal forms. This creates a single source of truth for client data while reducing paperwork bottlenecks that slow down your business growth.

Enablement Steps
To enable the OnBoard integration with Practifi:
- Sign in to your OnBord account.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in your dashboard.
- Click Practifi from the integration marketplace.
- Enter your Practifi credentials when prompted.
- Complete a one-time authorization process.
Once connected, the integration works automatically with no additional configuration needed. All client data collected through OnBord flows directly to Practifi, giving you immediate access to populate forms with information gathered during onboarding.
