As Practifi clients, your firm benefits from regular product upgrades. In addition to our own Practifi product releases, Salesforce also has seasonal product releases you can take advantage of. The Salesforce Spring '26 release, coming in February 2026, includes a range of new features for your Practifi instance. Read on to learn more about what’s new, what’s changed, and what else you should be aware of.
Spring '26 Release Benefits
The Spring '26 Release introduces the following enhancements:
- An increased upload limit for files, with files up to 10 GB in size now supported.
- Extra tools in your Flow Builder toolkit, including custom styling, kanban boards and file previews.
- More field history tracking tracked in Practifi Protect, with Field Audit Trail now offering 200 tracked fields per object.
- Accessibility enhancements for UI elements when zooming in extensively, assisting vision-impaired users.
Potential Spring '26 Impact
Shorter TLS Certificate Lifespans: An industry-wide change is decreasing TLS certificate lifespans over the next three years, from 398 days today down to just 47 days by 2029. Salesforce is also discontinuing public certificate rotation announcements. If your firm relies on certificate pinning or has integrations using custom certificates, you may need to prepare for more frequent certificate updates.
