Adding an Instalment - SPA

Instalments can be added directly to services or to assets, liabilities or policies, which themselves roll up to services. 

To add an instalment from a client context: 

  1. Navigate to a client.
  2. Click on the Instalments tab in the vertical nav.
  3. Click on the icon to add an instalment.
  4. Complete the relevant details of the instalment. 
  5. Click Save.

To add an instalment from an advice service context:

  1. Navigate directly to an advice service for the client. 
  2. Click on the Instalments tab in the vertical nav.
  3. Click the icon to add an instalment.
  4. Complete the relevant details of the instalment. 
  5. Click Save.

To add an instalment from an asset context:

  1. Navigate directly to an asset for the client. 
  2. Click on the Assets & Liabilities tab in the vertical nav.
  3. Click on the asset name.
  4. Click on the Instalments   tab in the vertical tab
  5. Click the icon to add an instalment.
  6. Complete the relevant details of the instalment. 
  7. Click Save.

Note: there needs to be an active Service on the household to display the add option.
