Instalments can be added directly to services or to assets, liabilities or policies, which themselves roll up to services.
To add an instalment from a client context:
- Navigate to a client.
- Click on the Instalments tab in the vertical nav.
- Click on the icon to add an instalment.
- Complete the relevant details of the instalment.
- Click Save.
To add an instalment from an advice service context:
- Navigate directly to an advice service for the client.
- Click on the Instalments tab in the vertical nav.
- Click the icon to add an instalment.
- Complete the relevant details of the instalment.
- Click Save.
To add an instalment from an asset context:
- Navigate directly to an asset for the client.
- Click on the Assets & Liabilities tab in the vertical nav.
- Click on the asset name.
- Click on the Instalments tab in the vertical tab
- Click the icon to add an instalment.
- Complete the relevant details of the instalment.
- Click Save.
Note: there needs to be an active Service on the household to display the add option.
