Overview
When reaching out to Practifi Support, you may be asked to extend subscriber access to your Practifi instance so our team can investigate your issue directly. With subscriber access, Practifi can access your organization, answer your questions, and resolve any errors so you can get back to business as quickly as possible. This article covers the steps necessary for providing access.
Granting Access
- Log in to your Practifi instance.
- Click your user icon in the upper-right corner of Practifi.
On the user drop-down, select Settings.
- Click Grant Account Login Access from the options located on the left-hand menu.
Locate the Practifi BIZ Support option on the Grant Account Login Access table.
- From the Access Duration drop-down, select the duration you want to extend access for to Practifi Support. We recommend granting at least one week of access to give our team enough time to thoroughly investigate and resolve your issue.
- Click Save to finalize this change.
- To expedite your case, send confirmation that access has been granted, along with any requested information, to the Practifi Support Engineer working with you through your Zendesk ticket.
