Overview
The Schwab Advisor Enrollment and Digital Account Opening (DAO) enhancement to Practifi allows customers who use Schwab for custodial services to initiate Schwab account opening processes for their clients directly from Practifi. Organizations with this integration enabled can transfer contacts from Practifi Client records to Schwab, open the Digital Account Opening (DAO) wizard from within Practifi and monitor alerts received from Schwab, particularly those relating to account opening.
In setting up this integration, you might be asked about Practifi's underlying infrastructure. As an OEM Partner of Salesforce, Practifi is built on the Force.com platform with Enterprise Edition licensing.
This article outlines the steps to enable the Schwab (OpenView Gateway) App integration in your organization. For more information about the Schwab (OpenView Gateway) App integration, please consult our Using the Schwab OpenView Gateway Integration article.
