Using Practifi Release Notes

Overview

Practifi delivers three releases each calendar year, each introducing new functionality and enhancements to your organization. The release notes cover these new functionalities and improvements in detail. Teams can consult them during deployment to confirm that the features they need are available. This article outlines how to use the release notes to learn more about each general release. If you have additional questions about the release, please reach out to your firm's CSM.

Who Should Use the Release Notes?

Release notes cover the new functionality and enhancements available to your organization from the perspective of a Practifi Super User or Administrator. They are written for users who need an overall understanding of features added, changes, and any new considerations as they prepare their team for each release. Release notes are available for Practifi Standard Users to view, but are not recommended for non-technical users or users not involved in the direction of your organization.

What's in the Release Notes?

The release notes include general overviews of each new feature along with any considerations to keep in mind. Clicking a section header opens a relevant Practifi Success Portal article with additional information on how to use or understand the functionality. Article links also appear within paragraphs and open in a new browser tab for further reading.
