Managing a Process - SPA

Once you’ve started a new process for your client, you'll want to manage that process and its tasks through to completion.

To view and manage an existing process:

  1. Navigate to the desired client or service record.
  2. Select the Processes   tab. 
  3. Select the   icon next to the process you want to edit. 
  4. Click on the Basics  icon in the vertical nav.
  5. Click the   icon.
  6. Edit the desired items.
  7. Click Save.
  8. To edit the Tasks within that process, click the Tasks  icon in the vertical nav.
  9. Edit the desired items.
  10. Click Save.
