Reset Your Forgotten Password - SPA

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps: 

1. Click the Forgot Your Password link on the login page.
2. Enter your username and click Continue. You will shortly thereafter receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password (note that this link is only valid for 24 hours).
3. When you click the link, you will be prompted to answer your security question.
4. Click Continue.
5. When prompted, enter a new password.

 If you have trouble with this, your Practifi System Administrator can also reset user passwords.
