To reset a user's Practifi password for them:
- Navigate to Salesforce Setup by selecting the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click Setup from the drop-down menu.
- Under the Administration menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Users.
- In the Users drop-down menu, select Users.
- Locate the user that requires a password reset and select the checkbox beside their name.
- Click the Reset Password button. The user will receive an email containing a link and instructions on resetting their password.
- Please note: Due to a Salesforce error, we recommend users copy and paste the reset link in the email into their browser instead of directly clicking it. This prevents the link from not working or displaying as already "expired" when selected.
A password created this way does not expire, but users must change it immediately when logging in for the first time.
