Some of the functionality described in this article is available as part of our Graciano release and will not be available if your Practifi instance is not upgraded to this release. |
Overview
The Risk Profiles feature in Practifi lets users complete a risk tolerance survey to determine the proper asset allocation for a client's portfolio. Users can save multiple Risk Profiles to a client's Household, Organization or Individual record to track their shifting risk tolerance over several years. To learn more about working with this feature, see Understanding and Managing Risk Profiles.
This article outlines how to enable Risk Profile functionality in your Practifi organization by turning on the feature in the Settings app.
Enabling the Risk Profile Feature
To enable the Risk Profile feature in your organization, navigate to the Additional Features menu in the Settings app and click the Add to Users & Groups button next to the Risk Profile heading.
In the Add to Users & Groups window, there are two headings:
- Risk Profile Feature
- Risk Profile - Administrator
The Risk Profile Feature permission set enables creating, editing and deleting personal Risk Profiles. It grants read-only access to Risk Profile configurations in the Settings app.
The Risk Profile - Administrator permission set provides full access to all Risk Profile settings like Question Sets, Questions and Answers.
Under the respective headings, click to highlight the permission set groups or individual users you want to grant access to, then click the right arrow to move them to the Selected box. To finish, click Save.
If you ever need to remove access from users or permission set groups, you can do so from the Additional Features menu by clicking the Add Users & Groups button.
