Overview
Flourish is a fintech solution designed to provide Registered Investment Advisors with innovative access to a full suite of financial products. Flourish helps RIAs secure their clients' financial futures with offerings that include annuities and cash accounts.
The Flourish integration with Practifi allows you to send invitations and prefill client applications with just a few clicks, as well as view information on your clients' Flourish accounts, all within Practifi. This article shows you how to use the Flourish integration in Practifi.

Inviting Clients to Flourish
Once the Flourish integration has been set up in your Practifi organization, you can invite clients to sign up for a Flourish account and optionally pre-fill application information from within an Individual, Household or Organization record.
To invite a client to Flourish:
- Open the Client record, then click on the hyperlinked name of the contact you want to invite.
- In the sidebar of the Contact record page within the Flourish Clients section, click the Invite to Flourish button.
Please note: If you don't see the Flourish Clients section in the sidebar or if the Invite to Flourish button is grayed out, please contact your Practifi Administrator. - For Household or Organization records with two or more members, you have the option to invite an additional member. Optionally, click the Select radio button next to the name of the additional member. If you want to invite only one member, leave the Select column blank.
- Click Send Quick Invitation to immediately send an email invitation to the client with a link to set up their profile and open a Flourish account.
- Click Invite & prefill application to be redirected to a Flourish tab where you can prefill the client's contact information from Practifi before sending the email invitation. An email notification will be sent to the client with a link to review, edit and submit the application.
Resending Invitations
If you've previously invited a client to Flourish but they have not yet set up their Flourish account, you can click on the Resend Invite Email button in the Flourish Clients area of the Contact record page to resend the invitation.
Syncing Existing Flourish Clients into Practifi
If you already have clients in Flourish and want to sync them into Practifi, you should first confirm that the clients you want to sync have the same email address in Practifi as the one that is used for their Flourish account. You can then sync their data by inviting them to Flourish.
Do the following:
- Log into your Flourish.com account
- Click on the Clients tab at the top of the page.
- To check the email address for a single client:
- Find the relevant Household and click the Manage button.
- Click on Household settings.
- You can find the client’s email under the Members section.
- To check the email address for multiple clients:
- Click on the Download icon to the right of the search bar.
- This will download a CSV with all of your clients’ names and emails.
- Each row in the CSV represents a different account, with up to two members within each household.
- Use columns N, P, R and T to check the primary and secondary names and emails against your firm’s data in Practifi.
- After confirming the email addresses match, go to the client’s Contact record in Practifi and click the Invite to Flourish button, then click Quick Invite.
Please note: This will not send an email to the client. - Refresh the page and the popup will disappear. The client’s information should now be synced with Practifi.
