Overview

Practifi Success allows System Administrators to automatically receive email notifications for all requests submitted to the Practifi Success team by users across your organization. This functionality helps you stay informed about support tickets, service requests, internal team requests, and product enhancement submissions from your firm.

This article outlines how to enable and disable this notification functionality for your Practifi Success login.

Follow these steps to receive automatic notifications for all requests submitted by users in your organization:

  1. Log in to Practifi Success.
  2. Select your username, located in the upper right-hand corner. 
  3. Click on the caret, and then from the drop-down options select My Activities.


     
  4. On the My Activities page, select the Organization requests tab. 



  5. Next to your Organization’s name, select the Follow button to be CC’d on all your organization’s requests. You will now receive a notification when a new request is submitted, regardless of who submitted it.


     

Unfollowing All Submitted Requests

Follow these steps to stop receiving automatic notifications for requests submitted by users in your organization:

  1. Log in to Practifi Success.
  2. Select your username, located in the upper right-hand corner. 
  3. Click on the caret, and then from the drop-down options select My Activities.


     
  4. On the My Activities page, select the Organization requests tab. 


     
  5. Select the Unfollow button next to your Organization’s name to be removed from being CC’d on all your organization’s tickets. You will no longer receive a notification when a member of your organization submits a new request.
