Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base provides comprehensive documentation to help you and your team maximize Practifi's functionality. Articles are organized into two main sections:
User Guide
Designed for advisors, client service teams, and general users, these articles explain core concepts and day-to-day functionality. This section helps your team efficiently manage client relationships, track opportunities, and execute workflows.
Admin Guide
Written specifically for System Administrators, these articles contain technical configuration guidance to help you customize Practifi for your firm’s unique processes, integrate systems, and maintain data integrity.
Accessing the Knowledge Base: Select either the User Guide or Admin Guide tile on the Practifi Success Portal homepage to browse all available articles.
Understanding Article Types
Articles are categorized into three types to help you quickly find the information you need:
- Enabling or Creating: System Administrator-focused articles that outline setup procedures for specific functionality. These may include steps to enable integrations, configure new features, or build custom workflows from scratch.
- Understanding: Conceptual articles that define key platform capabilities and organizational structures, providing strategic context for how features support your wealth management operations.
- Using: Practical guides covering day-to-day functionality and step-by-step instructions for accessing and utilizing specific features across your organization.
What if an Article Did Not Answer My Question or Concern?
If you cannot find the information you need in the Knowledge Base, submit a Support Request to contact the Practifi Support team for personalized assistance with your specific question, technical issue, configuration question, or guidance on implementing best practices for your firm.
