System Overview - SPA

Practifi is built natively on the Salesforce platform. You'll use Practifi within your organisation's instance of Salesforce. Practifi comprises these components:

• Practifi application: contains Practifi's database objects, reference data, business logic and user interface. The Practifi application is installed into your Salesforce instance as a managed package.
• Salesforce platform: Practifi inherits a rich array of features from the underlying Salesforce platform on which it is built. These include Salesforce's cloud infrastructure, automation tools, integration APIs and services, security controls, the AppExchange and the Success Community.
• Custom configurations: custom configurations to Practifi or underlying Salesforce components applied by you or your service partners. These typically include custom configured page layouts, custom fields, automation rules, analytics, security rules and menu items.

Practifi is 100% cloud-based and is available from a web browser or via the Salesforce1 Mobile App. 

Since Practifi is built natively on the Salesforce platform, it has extensive browser support.
