The HubSpot integration syncs field information between your HubSpot instance and Practifi, keeping your marketing automation and client management data aligned across both systems. This article outlines the HubSpot integration and its use within Practifi.

Using the HubSpot Integration

Bring your marketing automation and business management information closer together through the HubSpot integration with Practifi. This integration provides two-way sync for Client & Person records, adds timeline events from HubSpot to your Client interactions, and allows direct access to HubSpot via a panel on the Client record. Here's a breakdown of how information is shared between systems:

The integration runs automatically. Whenever a user creates a new contact in HubSpot or Practifi, the record syncs between the two systems every 15 minutes, eliminating the need to manually update contact details in both places. System Administrators can adjust field mapping in the sync settings to exclude any fields that don't need to sync. 

When the HubSpot integration is enabled within your Practifi organization, the HubSpot Information section will appear on the Contact's record page. Click the Resync now hyperlink to pull the latest information for the related Contact from HubSpot into your Practifi organization without waiting for the next sync cycle.
