Using the Dropbox Integration - SPA

Note: Your Practifi System Administrator will need to install and enable this integration before you can use it. 

To see a client's Dropbox files in Practifi:

1. Navigate to a client (household). 
2. Click on the Interactions tab
3. Click on the Dropbox sub tab and use Dropbox as you usually would (for further assistance with using Dropbox, visit their website). 

Note: If it’s the first time you are viewing this client's Dropbox tab, you will be prompted to log in with your Dropbox user credentials.
