Using the Autopilot Integration - SPA


Note: Your Practifi System Administrator will need to enable this integration before you can use it. 

Practifi's Autopilot integration enables you to sync marketing campaigns and journeys that are created in Autopilot, with the corresponding client records in Practifi to enable tracking of customer interactions. 

You'll use Autopilot in exactly the same way you're used to, but to see a client's Autopilot interactions in Practifi:

  1. Navigate to a client.
  2. Go to the Interactions tab  in the side nav.
  3. Autopilot interactions will appear with a plane  icon.
