Using the DocuSign Integration - SPA

Note: Your Practifi system administrator will need to install and enable this integration before you can use it. 

Sending a document for signature:

  1. Navigate to the client or person you wish to send a document to.
  2. Click ‘Send with DocuSign’ from the Launcher menu  .
  3. If launching from a client (household), you will be prompted to select a contact.
  4. DocuSign will open in a new tab.
  5. Complete the process as per DocuSign user guides (see the App Exchange listing for further DocuSign for Salesforce user guides)

Viewing the status of DocuSign envelopes and recipients:

  1. Navigate to the client or person you wish to send a document too.
  2. Click the Interactions  tab in the vertical nav.
  3. Go to the DocuSign Status sub tab.
  4. You will see envelopes and recipients status (Note: attachments will only appear for Completed documents).
  5. For further detail, click the pencil  icon for each record.
