Using the MoneyBrilliant Integration - SPA

Note: Your Practifi System Administrator will need to enable this integration before you can use it. 

The integration with MoneyBrilliant allows you to send invitations to your clients to use MoneyBrilliant, manage the status of invitations and see all your clients' assets and liabilities, right within Practifi. 

To send an invite:

  1. From the Launcher menu, select MoneyBrilliant Invites    
  2. Click the Send Invite button.
  3. Search for a client (note they will only appear if they have not already been sent an invite).
  4. Click 'Yes, Send Invite'. 

To manage invites at a business level:

  1. From the Launcher menu, select MoneyBrilliant Invites    
  2. Search for a specific client.
  3. The 'Invite Status' column, will show whether an invitation has been accepted, pending or declined. 
  4. If pending, you can resend the invite by clicking the Resend Invite   

To manage invites at a client level:

  1. Navigate to a client.
  2. Click Interactions  
  3. Click on the MoneyBrilliant subtab and the 'Invite Status' column, will show whether an invitation has been sent, accepted, pending or declined. 
  4. You can send   or resend   

To view a client's assets and liabilities:

  1. Navigate to a client.
  2. Click on Assets & Liabilities   
  3. Click on the MoneyBrilliant Accounts subtab and the records will appear.
